Eligibility
To receive a crib through our Cribs for Kids® partnership, parents or guardians must meet the following requirements: 1. Client should be noted as low-income household 2. Each recipient is required to attend a training session covering safe sleep practices and the proper use of the crib. 3. Sign a Commitment Agreement – Participants will sign a form confirming: They completed the training personally. 4. They understand and agree to use the crib as instructed. 5. They acknowledge receipt of the crib and agree to adhere to safe sleep guidelines. 6. Clients must be at least six months pregnant or parenting a newborn to qualify. 7. If a client is referred by an external organization, we will provide the organization with a brief form to complete and return for our records. This approach ensures not only the responsible use of sleep-safe equipment but also gives parents the knowledge and confidence to protect their infants from sleep-related risks.
