Eligibility: The recipient must be a parent or guardian of an infant, often with an income that meets certain low-income criteria or other social vulnerability factors. Education: The family must complete a safe sleep education session, which may include guidance on the importance of safe sleep practices and crib usage to reduce the risk of SIDS and other sleep-related deaths. Application: The family must complete an application or referral form, which may require proof of need or other documentation.
