The individual must be a mom with at least one child working with one of the listed partners. Those partner organizations include: Family Crisis Center, Your Choices of Randolph, the Partnership for Children, Emmy's House, Lydia's Place, and the Care Management Program. Those in need of safe sleep materials/supplies will work with a representative with one of the partnering agencies to obtain resources.
