Eligibility
Caregivers will be referred to Prevent Abuse Children Infants and Families In Favor of Community by health care provider or community partners. Once referred, Cassandra Davis, Director of Infant Sleep Safety Training Program at pacifickidsorg@aol.com will provide direct service. The requirements to receive a crib include having a member of family infant age. Participant's infant must be under 12 months old to qualify for a crib. Participant's income and household size is considered. Eligibility is based on established income and household guidelines. Participant must be referred by a local partnership: Families in need may also access cribs through community resources and partnerships.
