The client must be a Health Share/OHSU Health IDS medicaid member in order to receive our services. (Medicaid members are assigned by the state to a specific CCO). One can call the Health Share Customer Service team at 503-416-8090, or Call OHSU Health Services Customer Service at 844-827-6572 (for TTY users, 711) weekdays between 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
