Eligibility

Families are first screen by the Healthy Families screening model used for all HFA affiliates. If the screen is positive, the Family Resource Specialist will do an interview and based on the Family Resilience and Opportunities for Growth Scale, families who score 10 or more are eligible for the HFD Program.
