Eligibility
"Clients must complete a structured intake and education process to qualify for crib assistance through our Safe Sleep Initiative. Eligibility is based on demonstrated need and alignment with program guidelines. To receive a crib, clients must: • Be pregnant (preferably in the third trimester) or have an infant under 6 months of age • Demonstrate financial need or be referred by a partner agency (WIC, health department, or healthcare provider) • Complete a required safe sleep education session provided by Grace Helping Others • Agree to follow safe sleep practices and sign a program acknowledgment form Cribs are not distributed on a walk-in basis. All participants must complete the intake, education, and verification process prior to receiving a crib to ensure proper use and safety compliance."
