Medicaid eligible, pregnant or postpartum up to age 3, willing to participate in a home visitation program (parenting or maternal health focused dependent on client). The Healthy Pregnancy Program serves Cass, Harrison, Ida, Mills, Monona, Pottawattamie, Shelby, and Woodbury counties in Western Iowa. The Early Head Start program serves Pottawattamie County.
