Eligibility
We provide culturally specific and congruent services to Black individuals giving birth. Right now, we are accepting Black individuals who are currently pregnant and those who have given birth in the past 12 months. Participants who meet these above criteria and are within our service delivery zone will be onboarded to the program. Individuals who are currently pregnant will be able to request a crib at the end of their second trimester. At this time, they will also be able to request our EGC Blooming Basket. This is a baby and parent box based on the wildly successful Finnish Baby Box program. Individuals who are in the program and have given birth may request a crib if they do not have one at this time or if their current crib is broken or needs to be replaced.
