Eligibility
Reside in Marion County; Child between the ages of birth to 12 months; No other safe sleep environment; By appointment only Families will schedule an appointment with an ELCMC Safe Sleep Ambassador. During the 45-minute to 1-hour appointment, families will receive safe sleep education consisting of the following: educational video on safe sleep practices, review of the ABCs & 123s of Safe Sleep, completion of the Hold Harmless Agreement and Safe Sleep Checklist.
