Eligibility

"To ensure that cribs are distributed fairly and to families with the greatest need, applicants must meet the following program requirements: 1. The applicant must be pregnant or have an infant under the age of one year. 2. The parent or legal guardian must demonstrate financial need or limited access to safe sleeping accommodations for the infant. 3. The applicant must complete a Safe Sleep Education session or receive instruction on infant safe sleep practices before receiving a crib. 4. Proof of identification and proof of residency may be required at the time of application. 5. Families may be asked to provide documentation such as: * Birth certificate or hospital paperwork for the infant * Proof of pregnancy from a healthcare provider * Medicaid/WIC/SNAP participation or other assistance verification (if applicable) 6. The crib must be used only for the infant named in the application and according to safe sleep guidelines provided during the program. 7. Cribs are distributed based on availability and program funding. 8. Priority may be given to: * Low-income families * Single-parent households * Homeless or transitional housing families * Teen parents * Families referred by hospitals, social workers, or community agencies Our goal is to ensure every baby has a safe place to sleep while supporting parents and caregivers through education, compassion, and community partnership."
