Child under one year, enrolled in our FHV program, no safe sleep environment in home, family has not been able to secure a crib through community or personal resources, family receives lessons from a Registered Nurse/Public Health Nurse about safe sleep during home visits using American Academy of Pediatric guidance (time intervals child admission to program, 3, 6, and 9 months).
