Eligibility
Caregivers in need of a crib can contact Common Good Community to inquire about eligibility and apply to become a member through the following methods: Phone: Call us at 530-276-8474 to speak directly with a Coordinated Care Companion who can guide them through the application process and answer any questions. Email: Send an inquiry to help@commongoodcommunity.org with their name, contact information, and a brief description of their needs, and a Coordinated Care Companion will follow up to provide further information. Each of these methods connects caregivers directly with our team, where they can receive personalized assistance and information on next steps for program enrollment and safe sleep education.
