Eligibility
We want to become Gold Certified. Our requirements would be to distribute safe sleep spaces to at-risk families/caregivers prior to discharge. They would be for children under 1-year, low income, a hospital patient, and no other safe sleep environment. We would be required to do hospital safe sleep education with the family prior to discharge.
