Eligibility
Clients must be pregnant or withing 12 months postpartum, covered through Medicaid, uninsured, or if privately insured have a high-risk pregnancy. If the client is in the KC area, they may call 816.216.6768 and leave a message. We respond the same day or within 24 hours. For clients in Lafayette County or a surrounding rural community, they may call 660.259.2402. We are very responsive.
